How billing works

Load a balance
Add a card and load funds. Turn on auto-recharge if you would rather never think about it.

Charged per valid number
When you submit a file, the unique valid numbers are counted and charged at your rate. Duplicates and rows without a usable phone are free, and you see the total before you confirm.

Refunds are automatic
If the scrubbing provider cannot process a file, the whole charge goes back to your balance. Every charge and refund is listed in your billing history.
Files up to 100,000 rows or 20 MB per job. Need more? Split the list and submit it as several jobs, or ask about a volume tier.
